Students
Wednesday Nights
Come and connect with leaders, other students and, most importantly, God on Wednesday nights! Our facility is built for people like you, where you can meet and make new friends in a fun environment.
MOR Groups
Building relationships with other students in a very personal, individual way is a necessity. Because of this, we invite you to get involved in one of our MOR Groups! You’ll meet with other students in the same grade or with similar interests at host homes or other locations, doing everything from basketball to Bible studies. This is the best way to meet new friends and stay connected at MOR.
On-Campus Groups
Want support from Christian friends at your school? We’ve created our On-Campus MOR Groups just for you. It’s a place where you can meet others at your school who share your faith and get encouragement to live the life God has made you for! Join us and help build a community that affects the hurting and broken people in your school.
Sk8 Nights
If your skateboard is your best friend and you dream about nollies and Tony Hawk’s first 900°, then you’ve gotta join us for Sk8 Nights! One Friday night a month, we bring our boards and skates, throw down our best tricks and have some laughs. And, if you want to bring your unsaved friends, this is one of the best events to bring them to. Com’on out and show us what you’ve got!
Emerge
Want to go deeper in your faith? Emerge is our discipleship program, designed to make you stronger and give you a better foundation, wherever you are in your relationship with God—whether a new believer, a strong Christian or anywhere in-between. Each class is taught by Gateway’s pastoral staff, so you’re getting attention from people whose job is to see you grow and mature. Sign up for Emerge, and watch your faith begin to flourish.
Technical Volunteers
If you’re tech savvy or have an interest in video or audio production, we have opportunities for you to be equipped by serving Gateway’s Technical Arts Department. Build relationships with staff and learn new skills as you serve as camera operator, stagehand, lighting engineer or audio assistant. And if you’re wondering, “Do I even know enough to be a volunteer,” don’t worry—no experience is necessary!
Ministry Trips
Take a trip outside of your comfort zone as you serve the men, women and children of other cities and countries on our ministry trips! Each year, we travel to different places to give you the chance to spread the gospel, minister to people in need, build lasting relationships and see your faith grow. Join us for these unique adventures! For more information and a list of upcoming trips, visit global.gatewaypeople.com.
Student Leader Internship
This summer, we are offering Student Leader Internships. This is an opportunity to see MOR from the inside out, get involved in day-to-day ministry and build relationships with the MOR staff! Our heart is to see you develop strong, godly character through teaching, Bible studies, worship and service. The internship will be challenging but totally worth it! If you’re interested, contact us to get involved!
MOR Life Weekend
Sometimes we all need to get away. MOR Life Weekend is a chance for you to step outside of school and “everyday life” to talk about the deep issues of life with leaders and friends. As you stay in host homes and are challenged through teaching and discussion, God will help to bring into focus the direction and guidance you need to navigate life.
Special Events
In addition to everything else, we have special events where our objective is to just have fun! We play broom ball, kickball (in our kickball tournament, Kickin’ It Old School), capture the flag and so much more. Come out and join the fun!
